At Tri-Covery we work with a lot of athletes including all levels and abilities of Cross Fitters.
CrossFit aims to develop fitness in the 10 components of physical fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Regardless of your fitness level, CrossFit training will teach you about your body, strength, and weakness. Pushing past your perceived comfort level will allow you to become a stronger person, inside and out.
