CrossFit Games 2021 is officially open!

While we all know and love that CrossFit is here to stay-Injuries do not have to be!

At Tri-Covery we work with a lot of athletes including all levels and abilities of Cross Fitters.

CrossFit aims to develop fitness in the 10 components of physical fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Regardless of your fitness level, CrossFit training will teach you about your body, strength, and weakness. Pushing past your perceived comfort level will allow you to become a stronger person, inside and out.

At Tri-Covery are goal is to help you recover faster and improve your performance by giving you more range of motion and flexibility to perform all the dynamic moves.  In addition, getting regular treatment before and after (and in between) major events will help prevent injuries that occur from overuse and repetition.

We love seeing all our athletes perform at high levels and crush goals.  So, after everyone dominates 21.1 the next couple weeks, please let us help you recover and then perform even better next time!
