Adam (Exercise)

Corrective Exercise Specialist

  • ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
  • NASE Certified Speed Specialist
  • Masters Degree (Exercise Physiology) - Bachelors Degree (Health Sciences)

Adam has been in the performance and recovery field since 2011, focusing on preventative and rehabilitation services through personal training.  Adam has been involved in sports his whole life but when career ending injuries took place he found his next passion - helping others!  Getting his bachelors at Central Michigan and Masters at Cal U has allowed him to dive deep into that passion and fascination of body movement.

Adam specializes in assessing posture and movement patters in order to help clients address underlying issues (compensations, imbalances, etc..) that contribute to pain, injury and discomfort.  His ultimate goal is to help every client explore and learn their movement in order to build confidence, reduce pain, and prevent future injury.

I was having issues with my hips for a few years and finally had both hips replaced. Adam worked with me throughout all of it... before, in-between and after my surgeries. Because of many years of not walking properly, I had to relearn how to walk. Making the proper connection from foot to hip. Adam's instruction and keen understanding of the musculoskeletal system, and how to apply it to my specific needs, were instrumental in my recovery. Although I still did PT, I don't think my recovery would have been nearly as impactful if I hadn't used Adam and Tri-Covery. Adam listened to what my concerns and needs were, and then applied the necessary movements to correct the issues. Adam is very passionate about his work and helping his clients get to where they want and need to be. I am forever grateful for all of his efforts to get me walking correctly. I highly recommend using Adam if you have any sort of movement issue.
