Hi Kiara.
Hope all is going well. My next appt is Mon 12/19. Everything has been going great, my runs are going well and recovery is quick. Besides the usual hour stretch session we have been doing, what would the next progression be to increase strength? I saw there was a stick class that looked interesting but that is during work so I can't attend that. My legs were pretty done with at mile 25 so would there be some form of a tougher session to improve strength or further stretching ?

Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! Kiara was amazing. She was able to stretch and release things I’ve had trouble with for a while.

I was very pleased with Kiara's knowledge and skills with regards to my hip issues. After an MRI I found out I need a hip replacement due to osteoporosis and a fracture. If I ever have a need for stretching or otherwise I will be sure to make an appointment with Kiara.
