I am by no means a hard core athlete. I run 3 days a week and do some yoga. I get busy and sometimes don't prioritize strength training or mobility and flexibility exercises. I have a desk job so there's opportunity for me to sit for too long. I get aches and pains just like everyone who has this type of work and workout schedule. I used to think that my chronic, painful injuries couldn't heal or improve because my age was starting to creep up on me and I would just have to deal with it, but Jeff and Brian at Tri-Covery changed my mind.
My friend, Ann, told me about Tri-Covery and said they were "wizards" for sport injuries so I thought I'd give them a try. I've been through PT and regular massages before so I didn't think it was possible to find something "different" to help with my old injuries but I was wrong! The techniques that Jeff and Brian used for my frozen shoulder, my chronic hip pain, my neck pain, my knee pain- these guys really do perform MAGIC! I never thought I would get rid of those pains that have nagged me for years but here I am, feeling good and still running. I don't get to see them as often as I'd like due to my schedule but when I do, it's well worth the time and money. I am grateful for Jeff and Brian who have helped keep me running. I highly recommend this place!
