What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?
Fascial Stretch Therapy® (FST) is a table-based assisted stretching method that addresses the body’s connective tissue system rather than focusing on one isolated muscle. Using gentle traction and controlled, multi-directional movements, an FST practitioner guides the body through comfortable ranges of motion based on each client’s individual needs.
Sessions are designed to improve movement quality, address mobility restrictions, and help the body move more freely. FST can support athletes, active adults, and anyone experiencing stiffness or limitations that affect everyday movement or physical performance.
