Train Your Body to Play Better Golf
Better golf performance requires more than swing instruction. Your body needs the mobility to reach efficient positions, the strength to control them, and the speed and power to produce force through the golf swing.
The Tri-Covery Golf Performance Development Program will provide structured, progressive training for junior and adult golfers. Each golfer will begin with a physical assessment so training can be tailored to their movement, abilities, experience, and goals.
Training sessions combine speed, power, mobility, and golf-specific movement with hitting practice, helping golfers connect physical development to measurable changes in their swing.

Performance training for Golfers of all ages and abilities
Clubhead speed developement
Develop the ability to move the club faster through structured speed training, improved sequencing, and high-intent swings. Progress is measured through regular hitting sessions and performance testing.
strength & rotational power
Build total-body strength, stability, and explosive rotational power to produce more force and transfer it efficiently through the golf swing. Training focuses on golf-specific movement patterns that support speed, control, and long-term durability.
Mobility & Swing Integration
Improve mobility through the hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine, then apply those physical improvements during hitting sessions. This helps golfers connect their training to measurable changes in movement, speed, and ball striking.
How the program works
Golf performance assessment
We evaluate mobility, stability, strength, power, balance, rotational movement, and current golf-performance measurements to establish a clear starting point.
Individualized performance training
Each golfer receives a progressive plan combining mobility, strength, power, speed, and golf-specific movement based on their assessment, goals, and playing schedule.
Hitting & Progress testing
Regular hitting sessions and performance testing connect physical improvements to the golf swing, track measurable progress, and guide future training adjustments.
WE TRAIN THE ATHLETE BEHIND THE SWING
Tri-Covery Golf is not designed to replace your golf instructor. Your swing coach works on technique; we develop the physical qualities that allow you to perform that technique more effectively.
By improving mobility, strength, power, stability, and speed, we help golfers build a body that can move more efficiently, produce more force, and withstand the physical demands of practice and play.
